As of April 23, 2024 project was awarded to Key Construction Group, but awarded amount is not available. Renovations to three (3) pool facilities: 1. Lapeer Pool Facility 9920 Lapeer St. Dearborn, Michigan 2. Summer Stephens Pool Facility 22966 Audette St. Dearborn, Michigan 3. Ten Eyck Pool Facility 18541 Pine St. Dearborn, Michigan Each pool facility renovation shall include the following project scope: 1. Improvements to the outdoor pool site (existing pools shall remain.) 2. Replacement of pool equipment and piping. 3. Renovation and addition to bath house and pool equipment facilities. 4. Installation of new splash pad.
