Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for outdoor lighting for a clubhouse / community center; road / highway; road / highway; and road / highway.
Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and services required for the removal of 14 existing aluminum streetlights and installation of 14 decorative streetlights along Brooklawn Street on the existing concrete pedestals. This may require fabrication of an adapter plate. One (1) additional pole, arm and luminaire shall be provided as a spare. These fifteen street light assemblies shall be consistent with specifications shown in the Special Conditions. All costs, including fabrication of an adapter plate if needed, shall be included in the lump sum price bid. The amount of the bid bond shall be equal to five percent (5%) of the total of the bid.
