The City of Cottonwood is seeking to retain approximately three (3) to five (5) qualified consultants to provide On-Call Engineering services on an asneeded basis for miscellaneous projects. The scope of work to include, but not limited to, design, specification, review and other miscellaneous services for on-call projects. City of Cottonwood is located in Arizona's Verde Valley with a population of approximately 12,000 and approximately 27 square miles in size. The City has various projects in the range of five thousand dollars to one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($5,000 - $150,000). No project shall exceed $175,000. These smaller projects require the assistance of outside, on-call professional engineering services. Service areas of need include, but are not limited to, general civil engineering (roadway, grading, drainage, site design, etc.), geotechnical engineering and materials design, traffic engineering, surveying, plans review, drafting services, electrical design/engineering, and water and sewer engineering.
