Third Party Electric Supply. Vendors are further advised that they shall be required to propose firm delivery of electricity supply at various fixed rates, as well as the day-ahead rate. A detailed listing of any additional fees should be included that gives specific information on all expected, contingent and related expenditures. The City shall not pay any fee, cost or charge not expressly set forth in the proposal. Such offered rate(s) and additional fee(s), to the extent that the same are not established or set pursuant to government regulation, will remain in effect during any option period(s). Such fee schedules shall be submitted on forms supplied by the Official in the RFP. If Responding Online: Please answer the questions asked in this bid event, including any file attachment uploads.
