Development, Operation, and Maintenance of an Outdoor Stall Concession at Corona Plaza in the Borough of Queens The Plaza is located along a bustling commercial stretch of Roosevelt Avenue between National Street and 104th Street. The Plaza, originally built on an interim basis in 2012, was capitally reconstructed in 2017. When the Plaza was reconstructed, it was expanded by over 31,000 square feet, and features enhanced pedestrian and vehicular traffic circulation and bus facilities on the surrounding streets. Plaza amenities include plantings, fixed and moveable seating, wayfinding, pedestrian lighting, umbrellas, and an automatic public toilet.
