Location: 111 West Avenue Saratoga Springs NY 12866 This project involves renovation of approximately half (1/2) of our existing our office space in our building located at 111 West Avenue in Saratoga Springs, to provide a conference center with a catering kitchen, new bathrooms, and movable partitions to provide flexible room sizes. The project will include: modifications to existing office space to remain to provide complete sound separation from the new conference space including floor plan changes and adding ceilings. modifications to HVAC and lighting systems to address temperature variations, lighting controls and floor plan changes. demolition of existing walls on a raised floor and renovation of print shop area which is at a lower floor level at the rear of the building. exterior wall modification to provide new loading area.
