The project briefly described is: Road Repair of Blue Eddy Road (T-469)/ Urban Road (T-366) from SR 590 to SR 590 (+/- 12,700 LF). o Contract awarded by Lackawaxen Township on or before March 18, 2024. o Estimated project start date on or after May 1, 2024. o Substantial completion date of project within 60 days of Notice To Proceed. A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. Question Deadline 02/14/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Any Request for Information (RFI) must include specific identification of the Project by name. All inquiries must be made in writing; email inquiries are acceptable. No inquiries will be accepted after. Bids may be held by Lackawaxen Township for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Lackawaxen Township will award each bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids.
