The proposed work consists of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of a new 18' x 4.5' pre-cast concrete box culvert to replace an existing box and corrugated metal pipe culvert system running through the Village of Carey Ohio. This work also includes a complete road reconstruction of South Street, from John Carey Park to West Street, which includes the relocation of an existing waterline, drainage improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalks and incidental work associated with the construction. Additional road resurfacing of West Street, from Clay Street to Findlay Street and the reconstruction of John Carey Park complete with new walks, gazebo, restrooms, utility improvements, parking lot, signage, landscaping, and restoration.
