The County shall consider awarding a quote to the Contractor that submits the overall lowest price for demolition services, to include asbestos containing material described more fully in the attached Asbestos Survey. If the structure has been deemed unsafe by the Building Official, all material shall be considered to be Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM) and removed, transported, and disposed of according to Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulations.
