Written Questions Must Be Received by 7 Days Prior to the Bid Opening, to Allow Issuance of Any Necessary Amendments. Copies of the Bid Form in the Project Specifications and Must Be Accompanied by a Separate Envelope Containing a Bidder's Bond in a Sum Equal to Five Percent of the Full Amount of the Bid Executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in This State The Required Bid Bond Envelope Shall Also Contain a Copy of the Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal Thereof Issued by the Secretary of State as Required by Law. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the Full Amount of the Contract.
