Construction of Watermain Cipp and Related Items in Water Utility Project One Hundred Forty-four (144). The Contractor Shall Upload a Copy of His Bidder S Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid. The Bid Bond Shall Be Conditioned That if the Principal S Bid is Accepted and a Contract is Awarded, the Principal Shall Execute the Contract Within Ten Days of Receipt of the Notice of Award. Bids Shall Be Made on the Basis of Cash Payment for the Work to Be Done. All Work Under This Advertisement Shall Be Started on a Date to Be Specified in a Written Order From the City Commission. The City Commission Reserves the Right to Hold All Bids for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After the Date Fixed for the Opening, Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Irregularities Whenever It is for the Best Interest of the City. Work Shall Consist of Approximately 3,000 Lf of Watermain Cipp Lining, 73 Service Connection Reinstatements, 14 Gate Valves, 8 Hydrants, and Related Items. The City of Bismarck is Committed to Providing Non-discriminatory Service. Appropriate Provisions Will Be Considered When the City of Bismarck is Notified at Least 10 Days Prior to the Meeting Date or the Date the Written Material Translation is Needed. The CONTRACTOR shall have all work substantially completed no later than October 15, 2024, and fully completed no later than November 1, 2024.
