Estimated Value: $2,300,000.00 - $2,700,000.00 Description: Construction of watermain by bursting and related items. Contact Person: Dave Renner Engineering Technician 701-355-1505 drenner@bismarcknd.gov The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. Miscellaneous: Work shall consist of approximately 9,000 LF of watermain replacement by bursting, 30 gate valves, 10 hydrants, 70 water services, and related items. Substantial Completion Date: 11/1/24 Final Completion Date: 6/14/25
