Renovation of a municipal facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Accompanying the bid, in a separate marked sealed envelope, include a properly executed bidderis bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, including alternates (if any) and a copy of the bidderis North Dakota contractoris license or certificate of renewal issued by the Secretary of State. This project requires the successful Bidder to provide a Performance Bond, as well as Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full value of the project, including any alternatives, as required by N.D.C.C. 48-01.2-10. The state reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to refrain from making an award if it determines it to be in its best interest. The State reserves the right to reject any proposal determined to be not responsive, and to reject the proposal of a bidder determined to be not responsible. All questions seeking clarification or interpretation of the bidding or contract documents must be in writing via mail or email and directed to Blake Wagner, Prairie Engineering, P.C., 619 Riverwood Drive, Bismarck, ND 58504, and cite ND State Forensic Examiners Office Rooftop Air Handler Replacement. Written questions must be received by 7 days prior to the Bid opening, to allow issuance of any necessary amendments.
