Substantial Completion Date: 11/1/24 Final Completion Date: 11/1/24 The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. See Special Provision No. 10 for additional items that need to be uploaded with bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
