The Town of Hempstead reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bidders please be advised that this project may be funded entirely or at least in part from a Federal assistance agreement between EPA and the Town of Hempstead. In accordance with State, local or tribal laws and regulation as well as Federal laws and Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) - 2 CFR Part 200, 40 CFR Part 33 and/or 40 U.S.C. Part 1101 et seq., all bidders shall acknowledge the federal requirements and provisions for construction contracts including, but not limited to: the Davis-Bacon Act; EPA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program; Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act; and American Iron and Steel (AIS) Act" Bid documents may be viewed at the Office of the Commissioner of General Services, c/o Division of Public Works, Town Hall, Room 211, Hempstead, New York.
