Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

POAGE LANDING PARK SIGN PROJECT The scope of work is for the construction of the POAGE Landing Park sign at the Ashland Riverfront, including: Option A: Precast approach for the reinforced concrete sign with lettering, reinforced concrete foundations, sidewalk repair, reinforced curb, other concrete works and all other necessary labor and materials as specified. Option B: Precast approach for the reinforced concrete sign with lettering, reinforced concrete foundations, sidewalk repair, reinforced curb, other concrete works and all other necessary labor and materials as specified. The precast sign could be divided longitudinally to manage carriage and transportation to site; and coupled on site with surface dressing. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Contractors questions regarding this project must be in writing and e-mailed to scole@ashlandky.gov or faxed to 606-385-3333 at least 5 days prior to the bid date.
