Site work for a water / sewer project in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope ofwork is for construction and widening ofthe concrete loading ramp at the City of Ashland Water Treatment Facility and includes. Installation of reinforced concrete slab, reinforced retaining wall, aluminum handrails, and various other civil works and appurtenances as indicated on the specified plan details. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date ofthe opening thereof. All Contractors questions regarding this project must be in writing and e-mailed to scole@ashlandky.gov or faxed to 606'385-3333 at least 5 days prior to the bid date.
