Contractor to furnish all materials and perform the labor necessary for a 2400 sq. ft. metal building. Building will be 40x60x14. Specifications: Building will be welded, not bolted Pitch is a 4/12 14 ft sidewalls 10 in I-beam, 10# for building post 10 in I-beam, 10# on rafter span 8 in C-purlin on spans, sidewalls at 7 ft. 3 in, roof no greater than 4 ft 6 in., all on 1/4 in plates 26 gauge R-panel on all sheet metal - 30 year 26 gauge on all trim Insulation will be spray, closed cell foam to cover all metal and purlin no windows 2 walk through doors 4 insulated sectional doors with openers - 2 @ 14x14X2, 2 @ 12x12X2 Building will have all custom trim and gutters Dirt work is included in bid. One span will have a custom fit I-beam to support a moving crane Building will have 2 plumbing openings for a wash sink and regular water stub out. Contractor will supply stainless deep wash sink. Building will be wired according to what was discussed in meeting with plugs every 10-12 ft. Lighting - 10 hyperlights or equivalent LED round light throughout shop Building will have 2 Qmark 480 BTU heaters Building will be wired with 110/220/480 3/4 in plywood completely around building with 2x4 back framing Draw #1 - after dirt work, plumbing rough, concrete - $ Draw #2 - after red iron is up - $ Draw #3 - after sheet metal is up -$ Draw #4 - upon completion - $ A 5-year warranty on workmanship. Material warranty is per manufacturer. All sheet metal used must have 30-year warranty. Any alterations or deviations from the specifications that involve extra cost will be executed only upon written order and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Until the final award the City of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise: to proceed otherwise in the best interest of the City Bids will only be accepted from vendors that have paid for documents. Per owner all bids were reject, and this project will re-bid a a later timne and date TBD.
