Of these, fifteen (15) facilities plus the CDOC Headquarters in Colorado Springs have generator units which require scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) services and occasional, as-needed repairs, maintenance and upgrades. This RFP solicits proposals from interested and qualified firms who wish to contract with the Department to provide these services. Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: To renew The initial term of the awarded Contract is anticipated to be one (1) year. This Contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the CDOC.
