The City of Cincinnati seeks qualified bidders for the Decommissioning of Runway 3L-21R Lunken Airport project, BID REFERENCE NUMBER 243C909064 This contract is for the work associated with the decommissioning of Runway 3L-21R and the new designation of Runway 3-21. It includes the removal and installation of pavement markings, cold milling of asphalt, removal of NAVAIDS, removal and replacement of guidance sign panels, and removal and installation of guidance signs. This is a Federal Airport Project funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration and is subject to Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program requirements. Please note, any bids received without the electronic submission of the DBE Utilization Plan at or before the time of bid, will be deemed unresponsive. Again, the DBE Utilization Plan must be filled out completely and submitted electronically at or before the time of bid opening.
