The City of Cincinnati hereinafter referred to as "City," and Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) cordially requests responses from plumbing contractors, hereinafter referred to as "Offeror", to replace lead water service lines on private property. Information gathered from this RFQ will be used to establish a list of potential Offeror's who have expertise, experience, resources, and capabilities to replace lead service lines (LSL) on private property. The City of Cincinnati intends to issue a Pre-Qualification Letter listing the firms which have been determined to qualify for this scope of service. The terms of this listing will be for an initial period of one (1) year with two (2) one-year options for renewal. The City reserves the right to amend or cancel the pre-qualified list at any time during this period.
