Floor Installation and Repairs Brockton Housing Authority Floor Installation and Repairs, Brockton HA Bid Number 2024.01-.81 Brockton Under M.G.L. c. 30B the Brockton Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking sealed bids from qualified Flooring Contractors for the Installation and Repairs of Flooring. This is a three (3) year contract that may be renewed at the discretion of BHA, with a favorable vote of the Board of Commissioners, for an additional two-year period. Rule of Award: The award shall be made to the best responsive and responsible bidder with the best price. Sealed bids submitted on any other form will not be accepted as valid bids.
