Renovation of a residential development in Brockton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
24-2 Belair Heights - Roof Replacement. DCAMM category of work: Prime/Roofing. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of asphalt shingle roof and all underlayments, fascia, soffits, ventilation screen, gutters and downspouts at 14 low rise residential buildings and one community building. Roofs are hip and gable in configuration and buildings are one and two stories in height. Site will be occupied throughout construction. The work being primarily Roofing it is expected that the contractor certified in Roofing will be the prime contractor. The work is estimated to cost $635,000.00. 1. Replacement of existing asphalt shingle roofs at all buildings. Stripping of shingle and underlayment to deck; installation of new underlayment, ice and water shield; new shingles, drip edge, ridge vent, flashing and boots at penetrations. 2. Removal of existing gutters and replacement with new gutters. 3. Removal of existing downspouts and replacement with new downspouts and accessories. 4. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done.
