MTS Issues Notice of Intent to Award: Week of: April 12, 2024 Anticipated Contract Award: May 16, 2024 The base contract term will be for three (3) years. It is anticipated the agreement will commence on June 1, 2024. The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is seeking offers for ON-CALL ELECTRICAL REPAIR SERVICES (to be referred to as "the project") for a contract term of three (3) base years. The Scope of Work is to be supplied hereunder for the primary use of the MTS. MTS is a California public agency established by California Public Utilities Code, Section 120000. et. seq. MTS and its subsidiaries are subject to the California Tort Claims Act (Cal. Pub. Util. Code 120202)
