Renovation of a mixed-use development in Trinity, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Equipment provided by LCBOE o (2)-5 ton Rheem split gas units o (2) natural gas furnaces o (2)-5 ton case coils o (l)-Honeywell Thermostat Scope of Work o Remove old equipment (Maintenance will haul offscrap metal/units. Installer disposes of all trash such as pallets and boxes) o Installing (2)- 5 ton split gas units o These systems will need to have twinned controls o Fan operation will need to be twinned o Heating & cooling operation will need to be TWO stage o Will need to connect to existing gas line located near water heater o Will need to pull new control wires o Double wall metal vents for units need to install through roof o There is not a vent system present, at this time
