The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to support and supplement the work of the SPU Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Design Section (CIP Design) in providing engineering services for project delivery and project support across the Drainage and Wastewater Line of Business, Water Line of Business, and Solid Waste Line of Business. The consultant team will assist CIP Design in meeting work demands by supplementing technical skill sets and/or provide capacity for in-house design work. SPU will procure one or more On-Call Contracts for consultant teams to provide engineering design support primarily for options analysis, design, and construction.
