A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the ongoing revitalization of downtown Lima. Through this Request for Qualifications, the City seeks a purpose-driven development team that understands the importance of social connectedness, human scale, and place-making. We seek a team with a proven track record in mixed-use, urban infill projects, with an ability to navigate complex challenges, work in partnership with local government, and deliver outstanding results. They must possess the vision to design the site in harmony with planned public space improvements and the ability to attract active uses that will continue transforming the north side of the river into one of the most vibrant parts of the city while opening the door to development opportunities on the south side of the river and its South Main Street corridor.
