The Indian Health Service (IHS), Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd Gallup, New Mexico 87301 is seeking capable sources to provide fire alarm and sprinkler test, inspection and monitoring services for the GIMC Facility Management department. The anticipated period of performance will be: Base Year: March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 Option Year One: March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 Option Year Two: March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027 Option Year Three: March 1, 2027 to February 29, 2028 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $25.0 million. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises.
