Please follow the instructions contained in the document and submit your quote via email to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by the indicated deadline. Please include "75H71024Q00151" in the subject line of your email. Questions regarding the RFQ will need to be submitted by Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. MT. Questions should be emailed to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov. Please include "75H71024Q00151 - Question(s)" in the subject line of your email. This contract is subject to the electronic payment process by the Department of Treasury. All invoices complying to the requirements at 52.212-4(g) must be submitted through www.ipp.gov.
