Multi-step Bid for the procurement of fire suppression systems sales, service, and testing from a qualified contractor for all District facilities. The Gallup-McKinley County School Board of Education (GMCS) is soliciting for the purchase, maintenance, and testing of fire suppression systems including fire extinguishers, sprinklers, hood systems, and fire pumps for GMCS facilities and housing units as described in this Scope of Work. Contractors may submit a bid on one or more of the following solicitation components. All work involving modification or new systems and installations will adhere to the New Mexico State Fire Marshal's Office IFC 2021 Plan submittal requirements. Questions Due Date: Mar 29th 2024, 11:00 AM MDT Term: Initial Term Shall Be From Date of Award Through June 30, 2025. With Up to Three Additional, Automatic, One-year Renewal Periods. Unless Otherwise Terminated Per Conditions Provided in the General Terms and Conditions, the Final Renewal Period Shall End June 30, 2027
