Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Glenview, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

Scope of work will include construction design services for multiple Village of Glenview streetscape enhancement projects, including the installation of posts & chains ("Fencing") around the landscaping beds within the streetscape in the Glen Town Center. The Village of Glenview reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village. The Village seeks the following: 1) Posts & Chains ("Fencing") See attachments 1, 2, & 3 - Installation of posts and chains "fencing" around each landscape/planter bed adjacent to the roadway in the Glen Town Center (e.g., Tower Drive) that contains a parkway tree.
