Renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demo the existing tennis courts and replace with post-tensioned courts designed to accommodate both tennis and pickleball. The project will further include court fencing, benches, entrance monuments, installation of a water line and a new drinking fountain, associated site work including grading, storm sewers, retaining walls, construction of two stormwater bioretention basins, installation of landscape planings, and site restoration at Tilles Park per the projects plans and specifications. The Project Manager and Park Supervisor will be available throughout the project for consultation regarding questions of scheduling, staging, and heavy equipment placement. All work is subject to the quality assurance standards and inspection of the County. St. Louis County is soliciting bids for the renovation of the tennis courts in Tilles Park.
