Demolition and site work for a recreation facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Herpetarium Concrete Enhancements and Coating All questions must be received by February 29, 2024 for issuing of addendums. All emailed questions and answers will be shared with all responders Questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Candace Bingham, Director of Procurement at cbingham@stlzoo.org. The Saint Louis Zoo is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform the demolition, and repouring of approximately 94 sq. ft. of sidewalk due to severe cracking. Mix to be six sack with fiber. Project includes: 1. Repair of several damaged steps. 2. Surface preparation and application of two coats of Industrial concrete coating similar to parking garage coating to cover approx. 2300 sq. ft. (color and surface texture to be chosen by the owner). 3. Finish caulking along edges of brickwork and various expansion joints with suitable sealant. 4. Additional contractor responsibilities to include: a. Removal of all debris. b. Daily site clean-up. c. Barricades. 5. Phasing may be necessary in order to allow visitor access to the building. 6. Contractor to provide a one-year workmanship warranty.
