Angelo State University (ASU) is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Custodial Services on the ASU Campus.Angelo State University, Member, Texas Tech University System (ASU) seeks Proposals for custodial services, as described herein. The successful proposer will contract directly with ASU and will work cooperatively with ASU to successfully complete the full scope listed in this Request for Proposals (RFP). ASU reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any Proposal it receives pursuant to this RFP at any time during the RFP process and prior to a fully executed Contract. The Contractor shall comply with Prevailing Wage Rates as required or applicable by State of Texas Law. Permits And Licenses. Contractor shall, at its sole expense, procure and keep in effect all necessary permits and licenses required for its performance under this Contract, and shall post or display in a prominent place such permits and/or notices as are required by law. All Contractor employees and subcontractor employees shall have proper licensing and certifications to perform the proposed work. Licensing and Certifications shall be made available upon request by the University at any time during the contract. Provide a copy of the licenses, certifications, and permits Liquidated Damages: A specified Contract provision which entitles ASU to demand a set monetary amount determined to be a reasonable estimate of damages ASU will incur due to Contractors failure to meet Contract requirements.
