Site work, renovation and addition to a conference / convention center in Roanoke, Virginia. Design plans call for the addition of a conference / convention center; for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.
As of April 9 2025 this will be a addition for the conference and convention center CODE ANN. 2.2-4301 from qualified firms to provide architectural, engineering, design, and construction administration services for the Conference Center of Roanoke. The Offeror selected for this Project shall assist the Owner and manager of the Conference Center with an expansion and renovation of the existing courtyards and other areas of the facility. Instructions to Offerors, the Contract form, General Conditions, and the Scope of Work are incorporated by reference into this Request for Proposals. The selection process shall be by competitive negotiation. Factors to be used in selecting among Offerors include the criteria set out in the Instructions to Offerors. A numerical scoring system will not be used in evaluating proposals.
