As of 5/10/2024: The owner has decided to reject all bids for this project because the only bid received exceeds the funds available. The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of three stair systems and adjacent sidewalk including demolition of existing concrete and railing systems, the installation of new stairs, sidewalks, railings, handrails, and application of a textured cement acrylic finish on adjacent retaining walls. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required form CO-10.2 and Contract Security is required for any bid regardless of the bid amount. Bid event info: In person hand delivery is supported on bid day at the stated location. Building is open during regular business hours. All visitors need to sign in at the virtual receptionist (iPad on the wall in the main lobby.)
