As of 3/30/2024: Pending approval for awarded bidder is on May 2, 2024. The Comprehensive Modernization of Aggie Roberts Elementary School includes but is not limited to, the replacement of the HVAC equipment, EMS/BAS control system, new ER/TR buildout, remove and replace cast iron plumbing vent pipes, plumbing fixtures and water heaters, and refurbish restrooms. Existing lighting to be removed and replaced with LED light fixtures. Upgrade all low voltage systems, such as security CCTV, intrusion detection, WIFI, etc., and recover the existing built-up roof with 80mil PVC. In addition, all doors and hardware will be removed and replaced. Existing ceilingsto be removed and replaced throughout, high traffic areas to be repainted, in addition various classrooms will need to be repainted to cover previous surface mounted devices that were removed. The exterior scope of work includes re-caulk and paint of building exterior areas. The construction estimate for the project is: $14,254,300.00 Late telephonic/visual arrivals may not be eligible to bid as a Prime Contractor. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
