The Estimated Total Cost Of The Project Is $3,300,000. Subcontractors Shall Be Properly Licensed For The Applicable Scopes. Shf Requires That Subcontractors Having Subcontract Amounts Exceeding $500,000 Will Be Required To Provide Performance And Payment Bonds. An Executed Subcontract Agreement Is Contingent On Providing Bonds Meeting Both Owner And Shf Requirements When Applicable. Trades Include Millwork, Doors, Frames And Door Hardware, Insulation, Metal Studs, Drywall, Paint, Carpet, Lvt, Tile, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Signs, Toilet Accessories, Wall Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical Systems, Electrical, Low Voltage, Etc. The Interior Renovation Will Take Place In An Occupied 51,000 Sf Justice Facility.
