Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hanksville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
Site Directions: Hanksville Airport The project consists of, but is not limited to, Crack Sealing, Seal Coating and Re-marking of Runway 9/27, Taxiway A1 and East and West Aprons (approx. 50,600 SY) (Base Bid) and the Access Road and Parking Area (approx. 7,500 SY) (Additive Option 1), as well as applying a bituminous Flush Coat to the chip sealed portion of the Parking Area (approx. 4,500 SY) (Additive Option 2). Each bidder shall furnish the Statement of Bidders Pre-Qualifications to the OWNER with satisfactory evidence of their competency to perform the work contemplated with the bid. The UDOT Division of Aeronautics reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or irregularities. The Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
