GAOA-HENRY MOUNTAINS FIELD STATION, UT The extent of the landscape development work is shown on the drawings and in schedules and includes all plant materials, preparation of planting pits and beds, and mulch as indicated. The contractor shall visit the site and study all portions of the contract documents prior to submitting a bid. As-built Drawings: The contractor shall keep a record of all departures from the contract drawings that occur during construction. These shall be kept on a clean set of prints of the contract drawings. The Governments Authorized Representative will review the as-built drawings to verify that changes are being recorded as construction occurs FAR Magnitude: $1M - $5M Questions Due Date: August 22, 2025 / 2PM Mountain Time The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 400 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20% of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
