Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Fort Erie 2024 Sidewalk Repair Program consists of the removal and disposal of existing sidewalks, supply and placement of granular materials, and placement and finishing of new concrete sidewalks throughout the Town of Fort Erie. The contract also includes reinstatement of disturbed vegetated areas (grass) and hard surfaces. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted. Question Deadline 03/08/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Documents can be obtained at https://www.biddingo.com/ Estimated Tender Price: $187,000.00 Tentatively, construction may commence, but is not guaranteed, by: Wednesday May 1st, 2024 Completion of Contract The Contractor shall complete this Contract in its entirety within sixty (60) working days. Under no circumstances shall work extended past the date of Friday, November 29th, 2024. Scope of Work The Town reserves the right to modify the scope of work and the Tender Award due to the nature of the work and funding availability. The Town has a budget for this project that must be adhered to. Therefore, to ensure that the budget is maintained, the Town may delete items. The Contractor must consider this in the bid provided to the Town and must accept any deletions to the Form of Tender without receiving a cost adjustment for other tender items.
