Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seward, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a 22,716-square-foot municipal facility.
Project consists of phase 1 of the renovation of the Seward Civic Center. Phase 1 includes completion of the fire suppression system for the building, a new ADA central ramp, a new gallery entry, improvements to restrooms, and general improvements to the east half of the building (1950s) including, but not limited to, a new VRF HVAC system, new LED lighting, and finishes. Bid security in the form of either surety bond or certified check payable to the Owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
