Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seward, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Construct 10-Place T-Hangar with Approaches and Taxilanes. In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: Embankment In Place (10,729 CY); 6" Concrete Pavement (3,336 SY); Construction of Pre-Engineered 10-Place T-Hangar with 6" Reinforced Concrete Floor and Footings, Hangar Electrical System; Painting; Seeding This project is subject to the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. The Airport Sponsor has established a contract participation goal of 1.54% for small business concerns owned and controlled by certified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). The Owner's award of this contract is conditioned upon the bidder satisfying the good faith effort requirements of 49 CFR 26.53. If bid documents are not obtained directly through engineer's office, or specified sources, and if bidder is not on the official plan holder's list the bid will be deemed void.
