**As of May 2, 2024, the project was awarded to the low bidder, Market & Johnson for $14,940,000.** Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Amery Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Substantial Completion: 600 days from contract time commence (up to 60 days from bid opening) Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Use of American Iron and Steel: The Contract requires the use of American Iron and Steel products. Iron and steel products mean the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials. Contractor will be required to provide Owner documentation of the use of American Iron and Steel. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages and labor standards, and conditions of employment to be observed, as determined by the Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates, under the Contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract.
