Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Amery, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The bid is for plumbing at 530 Minneapolis Avenue, Amery, WI 54001. The bid needs to include: An outdoor faucet on the livestock shed Faucet located high enough to put a water tank underneath - 4 feet high Must be able to drain water for the winter Needs to be trenched 4 feet deep from the week which is 215 feet away The Owner reserves the right to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular, or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid received. The Owner also reserves the right to reject a bid that is within the Owner's judgment to be in the Owner's best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening without written consent of the Owner. All questions are to be directed to School District of Amery administrator, Shawn Doerfler. All questions must be submitted in written form via email - doerflers@amerysd.k12.wi.us. Questions are due by 10:00 AM local time, on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
