Site work for a mixed-use development in Amery, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
We are building a 26 x 54 square foot slab on grade structure with 16" haunch footings just off Minneapolis Ave, across from the High School. Students will be completing this project during the 2025-2026 school year. The concrete work is to be completed by mid-August 2025. Bid should include all time and materials for excavating and installing footings, finish grading (screeding), moisture barrier, insulation, reinforcing, pouring, finishing, expansion joints, and sealing the slab. All appropriate inspections must be approved by the building inspector. Certificate of insurance is required. The School District of Amery reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid considered most advantageous for the district.
