Site work for an educational facility in Amery, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
We are building a 26 x 54 square foot slab on grade structure with 16 haunch footings just off Minneapolis Ave, across from the High School. Students will be completing this project during the 2025-2026 school year. The excavation work is to be completed in July 2025. Bid should include excavation, sand fill, compaction, and leveling (to concrete contractors specifications) for a slab on grade structure with 16 haunch frost footings; excavation for the water and sewer hookup coordinated with the contracted plumber and any inspections; a gravel drive to the structure; and grading around structure after concrete is complete.
