This advertisement is for public bid of two (2) hydronic pumps and two (2) frequency drives to support the chilled water infrastructure on the North Oaks Medical Center Campus. NOTE: Any components listed in the specifications which include a manufacturer name or part number are used only to denote the quality standard of product desired and do not restrict bidders to the specific brand, make, manufacturer, or specification named; these specifications are used only to set forth and convey to prospective bidders the general style, type, character, and quality of product desired; and that equivalent products will be acceptable. BID CRITERIA 1. Bids must include any and all shipping and handling costs. 2. Bids must include and describe the full manufactures warranty. 3. Bid must NOT include any tax. North Oaks Health System is tax-exempt, thus any applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the bidder. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR BID ARE AS FOLLOWS: HYDRONIC PUMPS, QUANTITY OF TWO (2): Vertical Inline Pump; 500 hp; 10,400 GPM @ 160 ft head. VARIABLE FREQENCY DRIVES, QUANTITY OF TWO (2) 460/3 phase Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) in NEMA 1 Enclosure.
