This work consists of providing cleaning and janitorial services of the Maryland State Highway Talbot County Maintenance Shop located on the west side of Maryland Route 50 in Easton, Maryland. The Maryland State Highway Administration Easton Shop is accepting bids for cleaning and janitorial services as detailed in the specific location detail below. The contract manager will be F. Marlin Hayman or designee Andrew Wenzinger. They may be contacted at telephone number 410-822-3525. Authorized users of this contract will be Mr. F. Marlin Hayman or designee Mr. Andrew Wenzinger, or other staff designated to communicate with the contractor. This contract becomes effective April 1, 2024 and will continue in effect until March 30, 2026. This project provides for cleaning and janitorial services of the Maryland State Highway Talbot County Maintenance Shop located on the west side of Maryland Route 50 in Easton, Maryland. Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request vendors to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period. No pre-bid conference will be held. All questions before or after bid opening may be directed to the procurement officer designee Andrew Wenzinger at the Easton Maintenance Shop. A site visit to review conditions on State Highways in Talbot County is highly encouraged prior to bidding.
