PROJECT DETAILS Scope of Work The Village of Orland Park's Main Pumping Station ("MPS"), which was constructed in 1984, is the main source of water for the Village. The facility, located at 8800 Thistlewood Lane, pumps water directly from a 21.9MG reservoir and distributes it throughout the Village. The building's existing roof system is composed of a Granulated Modified Bitumen Cap Sheet over a base ply and polyiso insulation. The roof decking is pre-cast concrete. The roof system is approaching the end of its anticipated service life. The Scope of Work for this RFP is to apply a GAF Unisil High Solids Silicone Roof Coating to roof areas (a total of +/- 5,300 SF) as specified in Exhibit C. The Main Pump Station roof is broken up into two (2) independent roof areas. ROOF AREAS: Upper Roof = +/- 3,100 SF Lower Roof = +/- 2,200 SF TOTAL = 5,300 SF
